About
Hi! I’m Sherry Heathcote, RN
This is me, mask off. You are welcome here, just as you are.
As a fellow ADHD’er I bring lived experience, compassion and humour to my practice. My understanding of ADHD, passion for neuroscience and desire for evidence based practice is fuelled by curiosity, love of learning, hyperfocus and a little caffeine.
I’m a Registered Nurse and ADHD Coach who believes your ADHD brain isn’t broken — it just works differently. I help you understand your brain, identify and remove barriers, develop strategies and build self awareness — so you can move forward.
With over 20 years of nursing experience and specialized ADHD training, I bring clinical expertise and a deep understanding to every session.
My Philosophy
I believe a person with ADHD is not broken — there are physiological differences in an ADHD brain that require understanding and care, not shame. While a diagnosis may provide clarity, validation and access to resources, it does not define who you are.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is built on authenticity. I show up for my clients as my genuine self — and I create a space where you can do the same.
My approach is holistic, strengths based and evidence informed, rooted in self compassion and a deep respect for your right to choose your own care. Because every person’s experience is unique, so is the care I provide.
